The StoryEngine Research Circle is a small, invite-only community for academic and public-interest researchers working across culture, society, and emerging change. It is not a promotional program, ambassador network, or marketing initiative. Members receive complimentary access to StoryEngine, selected evolving Skills and plugins, and opportunities to test new research workflows before they are more widely released. The purpose is to put these tools into the hands of researchers who can challenge their assumptions, expose methodological weaknesses, and explore uses that sit outside conventional commercial client work.
In return, members are expected to use the tools seriously in relevant research contexts and provide substantive feedback on where the system strengthens, distorts, limits, or changes their analysis. Participation may include short feedback sessions, annotated outputs, structured responses, or occasional research discussions, but there is no requirement to endorse StoryEngine, publish about it, or provide testimonials. Access is intended for non-commercial research use only. Researchers who believe their work is a strong fit can use the form below to request an invitation; requests are reviewed based on research relevance, methodological perspective, and the potential to contribute meaningfully to the Circle.
