Research via iLenssm includes mini video documentaries that bring the consumers that you want and need to life. Our iLenssm pieces are an evolution of focus groups. iLenssm participants can be small targeted groups of five persons. Or they can be national networks hitting multiple cities. With each project, we look for consumers engaged in pursuits that run parallel to the brand in question. We have resources across the US and worldwide. We call on each interviewee personally to establish a trust, and then we go to where they are most comfortable expressing themselves. There, we observe them in action, ask questions, listen and let them talk. We play with a mix of single interviews, couples, friends and acquaintances to best explore personal interaction. We incentivize participants by enabling and funding their pursuits.
