Our clients engage our Brainstormssm for a myriad of reasons, for example: when they need to demonstrate consumer insight on pitches, or at the launch of an insight engagement or when they need to understand related trend landscapes for presentation.
We start by putting all the brand issues on the table from attributes to competition, deconstruct them down to their essential parts and then look at how those parts relate to the consumer and see where it all sits according to current themes.
What we do is more akin to a game of Concentration than old school group think. Since we function as an ongoing think tank, we leverage our pool of information in each brainstorm session. We believe in looking for insight across a range of disciplines and businesses.
What we’re typically looking for are concepts that we can establish as attainable. We want sustainable ideas that function now and build momentum for the future. If
it’s a good idea, we look at how it can effectively begin now within the existing consumer context.
