Marie Lena Tupot
partner & research director

Specializing in consumer lifestyle issues, Marie has been an award-winning editor, writer and content/community consultant for more than ten years.

She was the voice behind the party as the content editor at brick-and-click venture, iParty.com. As editor-in-chief of the magazine Custom Builder, she successfully bridged the gap from architect to builder by developing award-winning content that created an important context for professionals during the home building boom. She also established the magazine's advisory council to continue this momentum.

During the economic boom of the 1980s, she reported on American trends for executive members of the Japanese Department Store Association and developed merchandising concepts for the launch of the Felissimo store. She also advised on products for Fujisankei's high-end home shopping program.
